Paying for your session
Psychotherapy sessions are $140.00 per 50 minute session. Diagnostic Assessments are $200.00. For clients who either do not have insurance, or for reasons of privacy choose not to utilize their insurance, the discounted self-pay option is $100.00 per 50 minute session. All fees, co-pays, or co-insurance are due in full at each session. For those that are utilizing a health savings account or out-of-network benefits through insurance, a receipt will be issued at each session for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and/or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $80.00.
