Lakeville Family Therapy

Couples / Families / Individuals / Children

"I felt safe.", is often the feedback I receive at the conclusion of a therapeutic relationship with a client.

This is a primary objective in my work with clients, as it is the trust and comfort that clients feel with a therapist that allows them to move toward often uncomfortable issues. I work with clients to build on self awareness from a strengths based perspective, with an eye toward understanding and accepting the realities of life situations/relationships, and identifying what can be changed to better their situation.

My professional experience and interests include working with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction/co-addiction, and play therapy with children with life adjustment concerns or trauma.
